My Fords are all from Palmyra. They came from Pittsfield, MA in the early 1800. The family story is that they came from Scotland about 1790 and landed in Providence, RI and than moved to Pittsfield. Mary than came to NY when her husband Richard died. The family consisted of Richard, his wife Mary and two of Richard's brothers one of them was a Charles.
