FORD, 65, of Houston died Sunday February 3, 1991 at a Houston hospital. He was born on February 16, 1925, in Corsicana (Navarro) Texas. He retired as a Lieutenant Commander with the U.S. Navy on June 30, 1966, having served during World War II and in the Korean conflict. He was currently employed as a project manager with Bechtel Engineering, with twenty-five years of experience. Suviviors: wife Virginia Lindley Ford, daughter Virginia Helen Ford, both of Houston; sister and brother-in-law Nancy Helen and George Winn of Port St. Louis, Florida. Brother-in-law and sister-in-law Henry F. and Jeanette Lindley of Houston. Nephews Ronald, Roger and Kenneth Winn all of Port St. Louis FL, niece Anita J. Lindley of Houston. Funeral services 11am Wednesday from the Chapel of Lindley-Robertson-Holt Funeral Home, with Rev Glenn Wilkerson of Cypress Creek Christian Church officiating. Intermet will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Edward Owens, Everitt Johnson, Sal Rinaldi, Kevin Karuba, Daryl D. Fuqua, Chester Nobles, Bernard Gessner, William Albert Miller, Lindley Robertson. HOLT Funeral Home, 815 S. Lasale, Navasota, TX 825-6448. Published in the Houston Chronicle 5 Feb 1991.
