I am too old for any computer skills (other than typing), but I will make copies of any thoughts I get on this matter, collect them together, and pass them on to a young friend in England that I worked with over here in the US years back. He has all the needed skills and he might determine that it might even be an profitable venture as so many people would only have to contribute a small amount I would expect. So if any others out there have any thoughts on a centralized data base please pass them on through the web site to me and I'll pull them together. Ted Ford
