    1. Albert David Ford - Marriage and Daughter
    2. Pam & Paul
    3. Dear All Could anybody send details of a marriage between Albert David Ford born 1885 in Beadlam, Helmsley, Yorkshire and Mary Ford born about 1903 (maiden name unknown sorry). The marriage should have taken place between 1920 and 1929. There is a daughter Joan who was born about 1926-27. I am unable to find a record of her birth either. The three of them are listed as immigrating to Canada together in 1929 on board SS Montrose. A bit vague I know but I would appreciate any assistance going. Kind regards Pam Perth Western Australia

    2. Hi Joan, All I know for sure is Lawson Ford I have is on census after census as Lawson Ford born about 1795 in NC and he died about 1888. I have most of his family stat's and his wife's grave and all his children. He was in Lincoln Co, NC which became Gaston Co about 1850 and he was here his whole life. I have never seen the George in front of his name but that doesn't mean its no the same one. Do you have any of his children? I have never been for sure who his father was but I have a number of candidates. Do you think we have a possible match? I would be so happy to know, what is your source for George Lawson Ford birth and parents? IM SO happy to hear more. Todd
