Hager School, Marlette Michigan is written in them as well as 1928. Two 5th grade texts copyright 1911 and 1897. I have a family portrait that may belong to the same family showing a mother and three boys sitting on an outdoor bench with a dog. 8 x 10. Approx date may be late 1930s or earlier. youngest boy is wearing black socks that go over the knee. I found at a garage sale in MI. person didn't know anyone in pictures or books.
