I was looking for: James Forbes, b: 26 Jun 1813 in Balmacassie, Ellon, ABD, married to Jane Minty of Ellon. This Forbes family lived in Logie Buchan. He died before Oct 1880, as indicated on his son's wedding certificate in Lancaster.
