Loretta--Your grandfather Arthur Alexander Forbes was my great-uncle. His sister was Elizabeth Susan Forbes Betts and my grandmother. Grandma only had 1 son, my father Edwin Quinn Betts (died 2/1995) but did have 2 step-children. I was talking to my Mother and one of your grandfathers daughters (Mildred Forbes Johnson) died this past 6/3/2000. She had 3 children. It states that her siblings were Lee Forbes,Ruben Forbes,Thelma Nickols Williams,Alex Forbes,Ray "Cal" Forbes,Norman Forbes,Vivian Leslie, and 2 brothers died as infants Ralph & Wesley Forbes.
