I'm very new to this list & need help! Andrew FORBES (birth year unknown) b. maybe in PA, md. 17 Mar 1831 (prob. in PA) to Nancy Ann Alexander AGER (don't know which is her birth surname) b. 1811 in Northern Ireland. They had children: William Wallace FORBES b. 15 Jul 1832 in PA; Thomas Andrew FORBES b. 10 Dec 1834. Family was in Monroe Co. MO in 1835 when Andrew FORBES d. 24 Sept 1835. Probate records there have no clues as to his parents or where he was born. No info on Nancy or the kids either. Land grant for Andrew has no info on his place of birth. In 1837 Nancy md. Robert K. CRAWFORD of nearby Ralls Co. MO. (Robt. had been md. before and had two children) Nancy and Robert had a bunch of kids & moved on to Linn Co. MO where RK Crawford died. Nancy and some kids moved on to California. Have no idea what happened to children of Andrew Forbes and wf. Nancy. No mention of guardians for them in probate proceedings for Andrew. Really want to know the parents of Andrew FORBES and parents of his wife Nancy Ann Alexander Ager. And need to know where they were married. I'm only assuming PA because their first child was born there (according to census records). If anyone has info on any of these people, I'd sure like to know about it! Thanks, Joanne Joanne A.
