    3. My GGrandfather was William Thomas FORBES, b. 10/26/1847. Obit said he was from Mason Col Ky. Died 12/26/1920. + ?? children: James Porter, b. 7/10/1868 d.10/24/1926 in Mo. Henry Clay, b. 1875; d.1949 (married Eliza M ?) Robbie Catherine, b. 11/23/1877 d. 12/16/1901 in Mo. William Thomas then married: Palestine MOSSBARGER, b. 11/28/1858, d. 9/10/1935 in Mo. Children were: Ray C. b. 2/19/1885, d. 5/25/1942. (married Bertha A ?) Joe, b.? d.? m.? Mel, b.? d.? m. Edwina RIPPY Frank, b.? d.? m. Inez ?? Mary Betty, b. 3/19/1894, d. 10/2/1987, m. John Riley JOY (my grandparents) Grace, b. 8/7/1896, d.12/19/1986 in Mo. m. Edward Keener WALL Ed, b.?, d.?, m. Clara ? William T. Jr. b. 10/6/1900, d. 10/6/1902 in Mo. Palestine, b. 3/4/1904, d.5/10/198? m. ?? Slinkard It would sure be nice if one of you FORBES out there in list land could connect up with some branch or other of my people. I have hit the proverbial brick wall trying to go back on William Thomas, or his wife Palestine, not to mention trying to find out who the first wife was. A good majority of the above Forbes are buried in Lavelock Cemetery, in Ray co. Mo. There are other Forbes' buried there also, but I am not sure of the relationship of all of them.
