    2. Hay list, Don't know if this will help any one out there but I found a couple of names that were in my database so it was good for conferming info. This site has old books and docs and since my Forbes started here in the US in what is now New York. If your one of the others out there following this line you might take a look. http://cdl.library.cornell.edu/moa/ I found a bunch in the book on NY marriages. but there were lots more to hunt up the name Forbes in, ran out of time tonight.Good hunting. 3. You know, I am really offended by the hatefullness of the letters being sent! Some of us just do this as a HOBBY! I work 12 hours a day three days a week. I have been researching my family off and on for several months when I have spare time. I send out emails every now and then asking if anyone has any information on my family. (This would be the FORBES! Not the Jones's. That's why I am on the Forbes list. Hint!) If they don't fine, if they do great. But it is really unfair of you Duckbutta and the anonymous letter writter to be so judgemental just because we don't either have the time or want to send you all of our information. I am certainly not going to send you all of my stuff just so that hopefully you will send me a gedcom with a bunch of random names that don't pertain to my family. I don't have a lot of time to do the research that I want to do as it is, then to have to sit down and sort through a gedcom file that may or may not have any names that might be related to mine. I would rather spend that time looking through solid fact based files, thank you very much. So thanks very much for wasting our time with your hateful letters, this has really helped my researching. (HA!) Now if you think you have something on my Forbes line that would help me I would be grateful for the info. As I stated in my previous letter, if you have someone in particular that you are looking for let me know and I would be happy to see if that name is in my list. I have been recieving a number of letters that have asked me to look someone up I will take all those letters into consideration and in two days when i send this big gedcom out to those people who have at least offered some support by giving a date or two are those who will recieve the gedcom. You may not think that this is fair but read the letter at the bottm of the page and you will see why i feel this way about the people who offered no support at all! Now on another note let me make clear to everybody one thing If you send me your gedcom i will add it in to this tree that i making it is called the "Cascading Family Tree" It has, As we speak, 54,147 individuals in it. And in two days i will send it to every person that has either gave me a ged com file or that has wrote to me telling me information to add to this family file. So think about what i am saying and reflect on how you react and make sure you read the letter at the bottom of the page it is written to one of the lists about the last letter I sent out! You should keep that thought in mind! Here is the letter that was written to another list about my first letter that had sent out: "You know I never could understand all this. Why the secrets?? (No birth or death records) My great grandfather's name is Hiram Thomas Forbes (1904-1983) he married Edna Lucille LeBaron (1905-1989) His parents names are John Forbes and Annie Ella Cook. If you have any information that you think would help me that would be wonderful. 2. Hello, I have been doing a family tree for quite some time now, and if you think about it you will see that there are so many people that are related to you. For example my family was all in the same area my entire family from generations and generations back have all been born, raised, lived, and died in Delaware and if you think about it like I do that means that most people in the Kent County, Delaware Area are related to me somehow! That is quite amazing. But if you think about how large the Internet is..... Well you just may see where my finger is pointed! I see it this way with all the people on the Internet there must be someone out there that can help bring more and more connections to my family! So I am asking everybody out there to help me. I know that some people are skeptical about sending there "gedcom" to other people but you know if you take a chance on me I will guarantee that if there are no connections between us then I will delete your gedcom file! So I would like everybody that has received this letter to send in a gedcom file of theirs and In return I will send you a copy of my database which has almost 20,000 people in it and this is no joke they are not all related to me but somehow threw marriages and ect they have a connection to me. So please let us all trade info and find connections among us! In about three days after receiving everybody's Info I will send mine and let you search threw it under one condition if you find a connection let me know! Thank you so much for your time. >From A Fellow Researcher, Andrew Cox Duckbutta12@aol.com
