Thanks for the correction. I would not be the least surprised to find many errors in the papers I have, I don't know much about who gathered the information. We have the same degree of information on my father's mother's side (Blais <- Carriere dit Le Brun), and I found lots of mistakes. I think, then, what must have happened is that whoever wrote up our family history confused Marie Ursule with Tharsile, so I would like to try to correct this if possible. Should I just scratch out the marriage information for Marie Ursule? (funny, I have her birth date as Dec. 3 1835, that must be a straight copy error), no death date though. So who are the parents of Tharsile? (this seems like a strange name to me, where does it come from? or is it possible that they are different forms of the same name - there are several phonemes in common). As for Jean-baptiste Fontaine and Ursule Gagne, I have the following children, Please tell me if there are mistakes: Honore Philippe Marie Ursule Anathalie Jacques Fenelon (my great great grandfather) married to Sophie Bolduc a Saint Victor le 16 fev. 1863 J. Athanase M. Rosalie M. Eleonore M. Genevieve M. Delima Anastasie Pierre At this point, all my papers follow the decendants of Fenelon (who, by the way, named two of his children Napoleon and Josephine, something I find personally very amusing!! especially for the 1860s) thanks for any help, Lise At 12:18 19/11/00 -0500, you wrote: >I have the Marie Ursule Fontaine b.2-Dec-1835 to Jean-Baptiste Fontaine >and Ursule Gagne (aka >Gagnez).
