Beef Jerky 2 lb. beef roast (London broil works great) sliced Marinade 1/2 cup liquid smoke 3 cups soy sauce 1/2 lb. Brown Sugar Combined all ingredients for marinade in a tightly covered container and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Add sliced meat and allow to stand another 10 minutes, shaking occasionally. P lace meat on dehydrator racks and dry at least 12 hours.
