Hello all, I am in desperate need of help. Please someone. I have been hired to make a menu up for a restaruant for their catering service. I have never did one before. Does anyone have any ideas. Its mainly for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thanks a bunch Patti

Dear Patti: What kind of menu are you looking for. I have a couple of good meals that are really good and I would have to know how many people you are going to feed. I have one complete meal and directions that I use for Christmas Eve and or New Years Eve. It is really festive and a beautiful dinner. Let me know and I will get out the book that I have it in. It's main feature is a Flaming Crown Roast with sausage and apple stuffing.. After it is roasted and you are prepared to serve you flame it for atmosphere also excellent intaste.
