    3. Here are a few more tips. I hope everyone enjoyed the Reader's tips issue as I did. ~*~ If you are looking for a nice moist turkey breast and not as concern with having a nice brown turkey to take to the table this is a good tip, I learned from a cater. Place turkey with breast side down, this way the juices will go into the breast and not the backside of the turkey. Also regards to stuffing your turkey. I like to use the neck and all the stuff that comes inside the little bag you get in the turkey. I boil it for awhile and use that broth for the dressing. Also you can then chop up finely those ingredients and add to the dressing along with a good sausage meat. Do not stuff your turkey the night before you cook it. Rhonda Heitman Just Imagine Gifts and Home Decor http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewListedItems&us erid=theit1&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=25 ~*~ I have arthritic hands and I keep nut crackers in every room in the house. They will open little bottles like vanilla, etc. I have a snib on my front door and use them to open it. I turn taps on and off with them. Any bottles in the bathroom cupboard open with little or no effort. June ~*~ From the first Christmas my children were born, I buy (or make) a Christmas ornament and put each child's name on it and the yr. When my step daughter married I wrapped up all the years ornaments and gave them to her as a personal shower gift. This way they have ornaments for their 1st Christmas tree. If you don't feel you are talented enough to make the ornaments can be purchased for as little as $1 and using a paint pen you can put the name and date on it. I also do this now for my grandson and give it to his parents...he will have the yearly ornament from them as well as Grampy and Granny. Debby, OK ~*~ Hydrogen Peroxide will remove blood stains from clothing. Just dab the HP on a cotton ball and dab at the stain until it is dissolved. Easy cleaning microwave: Put a bowl of water in the microwave, heat it for 5 or 6 minutes; let it sit in the microwave for a few minutes, then remove the bowl of water. The steam will make all the food that is stuck to your microwave to come right off! Victoria Walker Writer & Publisher http://victoriawalker.com ~~*~~ Thankgiving is Thanksliving! Sally Jo
