John was from County Cork, Ireland and Mary may also have been from County Cork. They immigrated to Elmira, New York where he worked on the Railroad and had children named Anna or Annie, Mary Agnes, Noni and maybe a Kate. The daughter named Mary Agnes was born in Elmira New York in 1905. Mary Gordan-Flynn died around 1935 and John probably prior to that. The daughter Mary Agnes married Harry M. Hadlock and they had one son, John and three daughters named Ann, Mary and Joan. Do you think your Patrick Flynn could be a Patrick John Flynn? Let me know if this fits in at all.
