Hello, I've never posted before so here are my Flynns. James FLYNN b. about 1820 in Cork Co., IRE. The only way I know this is that on one of the census records the enumerator "messed up" and actually wrote the exact place of birth. James FLYNN came to NY and settled in Scipio, Cayuga Co, NY. He was married to Mary LOWRY about 1847/48 in Ireland as their first child was born there. His known siblings that came here were Margaret FLYNN b. abt 1813 and married John CONRAN, and Eliza FLYNN b. abt 1834 and married Abraham BIRD in Auburn, NY. From Margaret (Flynn) Conran's death record I have her parents as James FLYNN and Mary (unknown). John and Margaret (FLYNN) Conran were my 3rd great grandparents. These Flynns were all RC and I'm having a very hard time finding any more information.
