Hi Sharon, I do not connect with the families that you mention below but I do connect with the Osteen family and indirectly with John C. Poncher. My 3rd great grandmother was Ailsy Osteen, spouse of Jeremiah Chancey, and daughter of Obediah Osteen. John C. Poncher of Suwannee and Lafayette Counties was the "supposed assassin" of my 2nd great grandfather. I have a story relating to the events prior to and after the assassination at the following site.
