The University of Florida P.K. Yonge Library of Florida History maintains newspaper microfilm for most of Florida's newspapers, including the Suwannee Democrat, which is Live Oak's newspaper. You might end up reading a month's worth of obituaries, but it might be worth it. I don't get down there very often because they don't have weekend hours, but would be glad to do a lookup if and when I do.
