I recall there were two large hickory trees just outside the fence at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery at Wellborn. Every fall I try to visit the cemetery and pick up a bag of those large tasty hickory nuts. They are near the double gate entrance. Now, don't you all go picking up my hickory nuts. They will make you fat. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott & Charlene Riva" <scriva@peoplepc.com> To: <FLSUWANN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, August 28, 2001 7:54 PM Subject: [FLSUWANN] Cheshire > Hi Louise, > The post that I just read from Ms. McCallister reminded me of something that has been a real mystery to me. My G-Grandfather and G-Grandmother, Hardy Bryan and Mason Johns are buried at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Wellborn. The first time that I visited their graves, I noticed a small stone below Mason's grave that I "think" was that of Carolyn or Caroline Cheshire, who was Mason's mother. I may be wrong on the name on the stone. Do you show this in the cemetery book? Thank you for any insight. > > Charlene > > > ============================== > Shop Ancestry - Everything you need to Discover, Preserve & Celebrate > your heritage! > http://shop.myfamily.com/ancestrycatalog > >
