Virginia, my maternal grandmother was a Flowers and was born abt 20 miles from Lake City S.C., her name was Lula Louisa Flowers dau of William David Flowers who was born july 6 1839, His father was William Clayton Flowers,brn1816 all from the same area. I would be very interested in ypour Flowers line,My grandmothers nephew was W. Lee Flowers who was a very succesful business man in Lake City.
