I am pursuing some narrow leads, but one has led me from the States of KY/WVa to Florida......I have been looking for a William Armstrong Blair that I have his birth recorded as Sept 23, 1882, .....We know he was for awhile in Colorado, and then we have been told he died in Florida.....I have located a Wm. Blair whose birthdate is Sept 15, 1883 and died in Dec. of 1976...issuing State was Michigan.....so am pursuing a slim chance but would like to find out if anyone does obit look-ups or what the local papers would be?
