Hi I am sending this to relevant lists and lists I maintain. Bill Mason is a good friend of ours. He is dying of cancer. We are trying desperately to find his brother, Jan Herbert Mason. They have not spoken since they settled their mother's estate in 1988. Bill wants to say goodbye. Here is what we know: Jan Herbert Mason was born in May 1951 in Exeter, NH. He was the youngest son of Herbert Hugh Mason and Sarah Jennings. (Both born in Massachusetts and deceased in North Palm Beach, FL) His other siblings were Gretchen Elizabeth Mason Grafton (born June 08, 1938 deceased) and William Paul Mason (September 1939). The family moved to Florida when he was young. He was married to an Edith Hewett (her father was a jockey) and they had a daughter, Christina Mason, born March 1973. She had a rare disease, Russell Silver Syndrome, and may be deceased. Edith and Jan divorced. He then married Dottie (Dorothy) Taylor. She was born March 1945. We know that Dottie and Jan have motorcycle endorsements. They use to live in Hobe Sound FL until within the past couple years. Before that they lived in West Palm Beach in 1992. We know they did not renew their driver's licenses in Florida so we assume they have moved. If you know of anything about this family, please, please get in touch with me ! Time is running out.
