Hi Theresa, Well, this probably isn't of much help but the only listing in the Greater West Palm Beach phone book, which covers Lake Worth and several other communities, for the surname you mentioned, is a D. St. Gelais in Lake Worth. The phone book came out in Oct. 2000 so I assume this is a listing for the person you are asking about and not any other relative. I also checked the Boynton Beach book as we are a few miles south of Lake Worth and there was no surname listing. Sorry You may want to check http://www.gopbi.com and go to the Palm Beach Post area.
