I have not seen a certificate from this time so cannot tell you what might be listed. Perhaps it will indicate a specific date of death, maybe last known address, cemetary or funeral home name. He was located in some index with a date of death in 1945 in PB County. Does anyone have access to such an index, and if so, is there any more information available about him? My father remembers him living just west of Lake Worth on a small farm. Anything more specific about address or dates would be wonderful so I could begin a realistic search for obituaries and gravesites. As it is, it feels like looking for a needle in a haystack. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I don't know if you remember or not. Just wanted you to know that I just finished reading the book, "Killer Cane" and I don't know how anyone survived.
