SC married Elizabeth Herring b. 1778 SC. Their children are: Laberon Floyd b. 1800 SC m. 1827 Susan Pool, William Floyd b. 1804 SC m. 1832 Winfred Cole, Thomas Floyd b. 1810 SC m.1st. Mary Cole-2nd. Bertha Owens, Jane Floyd b. 1812 MS m. 1st. Thomas White 2nd. John Hux, Anna Floyd b. 1816 MS m. Absolom Smith. Most all these ended up in Mississippi. My line continues from William b. 1804;his son Laberon I. Floyd b. 1840 m. Margaret Jane Cavin. Their son William C. Floyd b. 1877 m. Rosa J. McCaa. Their son (my dad) Elmo D. Floyd b. 1912 m.
