I am searching for information on the family of Louis B. and Lena _?_ Floyd. I found them on the soundex for 1910 in Amite Co, MS.. I could not find the film for the census, I looked at the university library in Hattiesburg and the local library where I live in Picayune MS, was missing both places. I have been told of a Cherokee and/or Pocahontas Indian connection coming from my David C. Floyd born 1828 in Washington County, Virginia married Mary Stewart line.
