Hi, new to the list today. I am searching for a needle in a haystack I think. I had a great uncle named Edward F. Higgins born 8-1-1887 in Boston Ma., son of Patrick and Margaret Burke Higgins. He seems to have disappeared from the family tree somewhere in the 1935-1950's. On of the relatives thinks he went to Florida because of asthma, but that cannot be documented. What I am looking for is to see if the name rings a bell with anyone on this list. Rumor has it that he married and divorced but who knows where. I have checked the SSdeath index and he is not on it.
