Has anyone heard of the hotel "Buffington House "in Jacksonville that burned down in 1859? Where would I be able to track this information and would I be able to establish who may have been some of the managers.I already have the name of the owner but I think my husband's relative Francis Bridier may have worked there after having lost his property in St. Augustine.
