I am searching for information on gg-grandfather and have come to a dead end. This is information from CSA Pension application, marriage records and Fla census. Any help will be appreciated: William L Thompson b. 1832 Abbeville Dist. SC moved to Fla in 1840 married Julia Elizabeth Holland (b. 1832 SC) June 1854 in Madison Co. Fla. Wm served in the CSA, Fla infantry After the war, family moved to Hillsborough Co (what is now Pinellas Co) I have all information on children. I do not have any information on Wm's parents or siblings. I do not know what the "L" stands for. Thank you for your help.
