    3. Keith, There is such an index. It does not list Wm. Seveyka, but there are two Wm. Wellses (the index gives only the month for that time period). William ROY Wells died in June, 1969, in Dade Co. His record is at Vol. 2062, Cert. 20921. William OTIS Wells died in June, 1969, in Sarasota Co. His record is at Vol. 2067, Cert. 23028. Both counties have excellent public library genealogical collections and probably could send you the obits--at least the one where you know the date. i hope you may even know which middle name denotes your man.
