Researching Bowen, DeSha, Parrish, Whitehead,(FL, GA), Keating, O'Leary, (KY), Cosner, Crotty (PA) Is there a FL Death List on line? I've not been able to find my GGrandparents or GGGrandparents, burial site or date. I have the census record from 1900 in Tampa, Hillsborough County, but haven't found any reference to when and where they died. My GGM was Mary Oliver DeSha Bowen, born in Waldo, FL on May 13, 1860. My GGF was Wright Bowen, born in GA in November 1849. His father, , my GGGF, Wright or Right A. Bowen, born 1827 in GA, listed as registered voter in first FL election in 1845 in Madison County, Precinct #3 , listed in the Seminole War roster and a carpenter in Santa Rosa County, FL 1850 Census, and fought for the CSA in Florida 3rd Inf. Co. C. Wife was Clementine, born 1824 in AL. The legend is he was killed near the end of the Civil War. Any help for these old Florida pioneers would be great. I live way out here in California and can't get to the state libraries. I'd appreciate the help. Thanks, Bob Keating "Brian E.
