    3. Christine, Charles Henry Roberts does not appear--as Charles or any variant except as noted below--in the 1937 fiche of the FL Combined Death Index. There are two entries--remember that errors of various sorts appear, but because only the year is given in that period, we don't even have the help of days or months. There's no way to be sure w/o getting the certs, but I doubt that would help in this case. Do you know where he is buried? There was a Henry L. Roberts, Sr., who d. in Tampa in 1937. There was a Charlie Roberts, "Black Male" who died that year in Miami. Nothing else even close.
