    3. Lee, It really frustrates me when I get a request for help and can't do anything, but I'm in Palatka (Putnam County, FL) and we're as dry as you are. Sue Ann Sanders, to whom I was sending the "stuff" is in Wisconsin, which everyone knows is frozen year-round, so I was concerned about HER mail-carrier. She may be able to help, though. She was born in Florida, so she was bound to be pleasant and helpful, as everyone also knows. And she's both--can you send us at least a bucket of snow, Sue Ann?
