I just recently learned that my second cousin past away in Duval County, Jacksonville, Fl. I can't locate the obit. I have tried The Times Union Web site with no luck. Her name was Mary Skipper and was born on Feb. 19, 1908. She was married four times:Fred Permenta, Sidney Oliver, Bill Williams, and Ross Newson. Her two sisters were mentioned in the obit: Jimmie Ramsey and Johnnie Hamrick. She was buried at New Berlin Cemetery. Any help would be appreciated. thanks Kathy Kjt54@aol.com
