    3. Yes, an angel--that's just what I am! Now if I just could convince my wife, daughters, and college students of that.... On the other hand, if I really were an angel, I probably wouldn't have to tell you that only three Blantons appear in the FCDI 1877-1916. A.L. Blanton d. Madison Co. 1911; Ava Blanton in 1902, and a stillbirth in 1916 are the only others. Nor is Addie Matthis Blanton Chandler to be found. Well, I suppose it's also helpful to know where something is not....
