Sorry this isn't really related to FL, but it is a genie question.... A lookup volunteer found my Phillips family on a 1889 Wexford County (Cadillac MI) Plat Book. My stupid question today is, what info is in a Plat Book? All she listed was their names and the page number. What all am I missing?
