    3. Brian, Yes, I should of mentioned thier names, they were Jim Ballard and Kathleen Stephens. The handout that was given (this was approx two weeks ago) has a revised date of January 1, 1999. I adjusted my bifocals and it indeed says 1997. I have a phone number for Ms. Stephens it is (904) 359-6990.
