Pinellas Park is its own town, just north of Kenneth City which is just north of St. Petersburg. The St. Petersburg Times is the newspaper for the entire county. Many people will not admit to living in Pinellas Park. It was once very rural and the city of ST. Pete and Clearwater residents thought of us Parkers as "hicks". It is now built up and aggressively annexing land to increase its size.
