Hello Everyone, My g-g-grandfather died in 1867 and is buried out in a thick wooded area on private property owned by a large company in Florida near the FL/GA state lines. Myself and other family members want to move the headstone (and maybe the remains if there are any) to a cemetery in the general area that is maintained. I know there are laws regarding this and I need to know how to go about doing this. Can someone tell me who to contact regarding the legalities and proper manner in which to do this. Thanks!
