Have you checked the city directories from 1910 forward? Once you find the approximate time of death (he will no longer be listed in the directories), you could then check the Florida Times-Union Indexes for an obit. If one is available, it might give you more info. Unless he moved. Did he have children in another area that he might have gone to live with?
