Hi: I find Curtis E. Leffer in the 1930 census Winter Park, Polk Co. Florida. In the Florida Death index, Curtis Eugene Leffers died in 1951 in Polk County. Back to the census, he had several children, one of which was Curtis J. Leffer. I find a C. James Leffers in the Florida Death index who died in Lee County, Florida in November 1975. His birth date of November 1, 1919 matches the approximate birth in the 1930 census. Perhaps you can find an obituary in Lee county for C. James Leffers listing his children. If I find anything else I'll post it.
