My first question is why a PRIVATE university? Would we be insured of access there or could they choose to limit it? I live near Florida Southern College. When I am taking a class, I have access. When my class ends, I can not get full access. My next question is the cost. The library cost where it is now is such a minimal amount of the state budget, just a small fraction. Why incur all the costs of dispersing the material? Frankly, this worries me.
