To All of my GenWeb Friends, This is just a quick note to let everyone know that Sumter County, Florida turned 150 Years Old on January 08. 2003. We are going to Celebrate the Event on March 29, 2003 We welcome everyone to come out and enjoy the Festivities with us. The day will end with a Fireworks display after dark and then a Dance on in to the Evening. The Event will take place at the Sumter County, Florida Fairgrounds on Hwy. 471 at Bevilles Corner, just east of Bushnell and North of Webster. It will start at 10:00 am, with many contest and raffles and auctions. There will be Demonstrations by reenactors and their periodic clothing, we have some Seminole Friends who will be there for story telling and ect...... More than I can say in an email.
