I suggest you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and include a check for $5 to apply toward any fees. Give the names of the people involved and the date you think they married. As for a census, your library or Family History Center should be able to order in the 1910 Polk County, FL census. Better yet, you could check the 1910 FL Soundex at the FHC and locate your people, then you'd know which roll of film you need.
