Meets Tuesday, 7:00 P.M., March 16, 1999 in the Galleon Room, at the Amelia Island Museum of History South 3rd & Cedar Street Fernandina Beach, FL Lynn James will speak on "Searching CD ROMs," specifically AIGS' collection, which are housed in the Genealogy Section at the Nassau County Fernandina Beach Library. You may also get to see The Family Search program, which is on order from the LDS Family History Center, demonstrated and discussed if it has arrived. At the very least you will get the latest details concerning the many advantages it will provide to our members and community in their genealogy research. Lynn James is a recipient of an Outstanding Achievement Award in Genealogy, which are presented by The Florida State Genealogical Society at their Annual Conference each year. He has taught genealogy classes beginning in 1976-77 and continuing through 1998. Lynn has taken many advanced courses in genealogy, including Brigham Young University, Utah., and is currently the editor of AIGS' newsletter, Geneline. The meeting is open to the public wihout charge and visitors are welcome. Come join us for an entertaining and educational experience.
