Do you know the time period and locations. Centralized record keeping didn't start until after 1915. Death certificates were on the web at ancestry.com fee site. Do to concerns about identity theft they may have been removed. Marriage license before 1915 will be kept at the county courthouses and may or may not exist due to numerous court house fires.
