This is a special message to all CANADIANS lucky enough to forget about shovelling snow, sliding on ice and having problems on highways when the highway has not received a coating of something to make driving easier Canadians living in warmer climates, either as Snowbirds or as permanent residents, who still retain Canadian citizenship, might be able to vote in the coming January 23, 2006 election.
