    1. Scanning 35mm neg/slides
    2. Dwight Stipes
    3. HI, Not all scanners have Transparency adapters or the ability to do negitives. Try a 35mm copier that does Neg/Slides and some even do Micro type films & Fiches. See computer shopper Mag. it will help or do a search on the net. Any pictures that you want to save and you don't have a negative make one / use a photo copier. It attaches to a camera as does most len's connect. All this is not complcated if you can read. Dwight Stipes > From: Billie M. 2. Deborah & Richard Callicott
    3. Susann This is not my line...but my husband had a great aunt, Belle Parker, who married a Edward WHIDDON who would have been born about 1850-60.... They lived in the Taylor / Jefferson County, FL area. We have no information on his heritage... but you may want to look at census records in those areas for any possible connections. A great number of people who work for the railroad and other industries lived in this area of FL before moving westward to the panhandle and AL. Their children were named : Parker -(m) Edward,Jr. - (m) Mamie -(f) Simmie - (f) Mollie - (f) Hattie (f) This is all the information I have on this group... Good Luck, Deborah ----------

    3. Hi -I have been reading all the excellent information about scanning family pictures and would like to inquire if anyone knows what the "adapter" is that can be used on a flatbed scanner HP5pc. I rather doubt there is one since I could not find anything listed on their web site. Being faced with the delimma of 100plus excellent 50 year old 35 mm slides, I must decide the most cost-effective and feasible way of handling them. It seems this topic may have been dealt with, but unfortunately being a deleter, it is gone. Any suggestions, comments, etc would be appreciated.
