I am reseraching Holman Freeman Simmons of Talladega County, Alabama ahd his children: Henry Clay Simmons, George McIntosh Troup Simmons, and Holman Felis Simmons who migrated to Marion, Levy, and Alachua Counties in Florida. Holman Freeman Simmons is listed on the 1850 and 1860 census records of Talladega County, Alabama. I am interested in learning more about the father, his life in Alabama and the sons and their migration to Florida and settlement there.
