Most of the named streets in Ocala were replaced by a numbered grid system sometime in the 60s, I think. I have an old map (if I can find it!). What address are you looking for? Hillcrest cemetery is now a part of Highlands Memorial Park. There is no reference to Hillcrest but if you enter through the main entrance of Highland's, turn Left at the lst intersection you come to, follow the road & when you see 2 stone pillars, 1 on each side of the road, that is where Hillcrest began although the signs are no longer posted on the pillars. Once you go through the pillars you will see 2 gardens immediately to your left & there are another 2 gardens south of them. If you want to speak to someone who can help you find what you are looking for & you want to save time you have a few choices... as you enter through the main entrance of Highland's go straight through all the intersections, you will see a building to your left with parking in the front of it, that is the office, they can help you find what/who you are looking for (I have found them to be consistently helpful). A new Greenwood (this one) cemetery was started immediately adjacent to Woodlawn to the West (both cemeteries abut each other down an imaginary line).
